Your field notes, shared like photos.

MossAtlas is a social network for nature writers and explorers. Post trail reports, species notes and long essays to a profile that looks like an album and reads like a field guide.

Profiles

A profile that works like an atlas

Cover banner, round portrait, a short bio and a link to your own site. Below it, your posts as a grid you can scan in a second, sorted into categories that sit in a row of highlight circles.

  • Only real numbers: posts, categories, the month you joined
  • Tabs for the grid, a feed view, categories and your pinned intro
  • A Follow button that is simply your RSS feed

  • A profile with a grid

Your posts as a square three-column grid. Covers where you have them, moss-green text tiles where you do not.

  • A full story behind each tile

Every tile opens a complete article with photos, headings and a table of contents for long reads.

  • Replies a person reads first

Readers reply with just a name. Each reply is approved by a moderator before it joins the thread.

  • Follow by RSS, not by count

The Follow button is a real feed. No follower numbers, no likes, no algorithm deciding who sees what.

Pages are plain HTML and CSS, rendered on the server. They open quickly on a slow connection, fit any screen and work without JavaScript. Vietnamese and other accented text display properly everywhere, from titles to replies.
